The Locker Room
Our bridal suite is the perfect place for our brides (or grooms!) to prepare for the big moment! With plenty of mirrors and seating, there is enough space for your bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready while taking stunning photos. Equipped with a large vanity and mini fridge, no need to leave the suite while getting ready!

The groom’s lounge is the most private of all of our lounges making it a perfect space to change, get ready, and hang out with your groomsmen before the big moment!
The Ceremony.

Courtyard
Our most popular ceremony location, the private courtyard can seat up to 120 guests with space for your wedding party to assemble. This outdoor wedding space is often transformed after a ceremony into other uses such as a cocktail hour for mingling at our high-top tables, fire dancer performances, lawn games, or vendor stations. In the evening, it glows under dreamy patio lights that can be enjoyed until the courtyard closes at 9pm.

Main Hall
The Main Hall can seat up to 140 wedding guests with standing room for your wedding party without dining tables. For Oscar-style with guests seated at their dining tables for the ceremony, the Main Hall can also accommodate seating for up to 120 at dining tables and standing room for the wedding party that is transformed into the head table area for the reception.

Ceremony Room
An intimate ceremony space for up to 70 guests seated and your standing wedding party. This versatile room on the second floor is accessible via the historic staircase and gallery hallway. Inside you will be surrounded by airy windows that create a lovely backdrop for wedding photos all day! An original fire pole still stands at the north wall and its likeness is reflected in the gold chandelier in the center of the room.
The Cocktail Hour.

Our ceremony rooms also serves as an incredible space for cocktail hours! With plenty of open space for appetizers, drinks, and cocktail tables, this room is the perfect way to encourage your guests to experience the second level of this elegant wedding venue!

Courtyard
Our beautiful courtyard can be the perfect perfect outdoor wedding space for guests to mingle outdoors during the cocktail hour! With access directly to the indoor bar, appetizers and drinks can easily be brought outside to enjoy at a cocktail table while playing some yard games.
The Reception.
Our Main Hall provides an elegant, inviting space for all receptions. With room for seating 150 guests, this is our most popular location for wedding receptions! From the historic brown brick walls, to the iconic red arched door, and the gorgeous chandeliers, receptions at Fire House KC are the perfect place to gather all of your friends and family!
